run away - what does it help

To run
is a helpful method to activate the aerobic metabolism especially in spring time

I will give you a few tips to do better and not to loose motivation:

  1. never to long - better 30 min. per day and more days a week
  2.  buy special clothes and wear never cheap shoes
  3. listen to the music and make a list of your best songs you like to hear during running
  4.  be focused on your breathing, at best in the rhythem of your legs
  5. better to run with less speed
  6. run playful and change your style like jumping on a bench or something like that
  7.  intensive streching-programm after run

something about motivation


It´s understood that "burnout" is a frequently phenomenon today.
So it forces to ask how is that possible, that you are so dead in that way.
There are many theoretical psychological approaches about the meaning "motivation" but they are often not implementable.
Motivation is the entirety of all your motives and goes back to classical Latin "movere" to move, to push. So it´s something very actively. But you can´t loose your whole energy because if you are motivate in something you get it back like feedback or compliments by others or yourself. Important is for what you will move, whats your passion and what´s your aim. That´s the condition to start. Maybe as a beautiful imagination. Accompanied by a personal dream you find the energy to do things you really want to do.
Tip: to remember your aim/dream/need/passion put a suggestion paper on the mirror

from the forest to the concrete jungle - yoga an international affair

First of all i wanna post a subject that is all too frequent in blogs and other ways. But that is similar to practice it. You always learn something new, it will never stop.
Yoga is for bodily and spirit fitness and started by study of nature and envirement. These historical monks imitaded the moves by animals and Co in the forest and their surrounding. So the asanas (yoga posture) were called by names like dog, crow, bridge...

To take siesta is an issue of dispute. Some people say it´s necessary to have a break in the day for filling up the reserves of energy. They cloisters themselfs at home or at another place at work in lunchhour and make "short napping". In Japan it should be normal.

Strategy for finding peace and quite

Some using an audio as a pacifier. There are a special kind of sound which produces certain brainwaves like alpha, beta, delta, ...-waves. You can use a mindmaschine as a brainwaves- stimulation.
In some big or very modern companys it is possible to go for "short-napping".

But other voices argue that its better to hang on the whole day and find a healthy sleep only in the night. But please without coffee in the afternoon ;)

In addition to sleep

condition for a perfect sleep:

First of all have a quite room, short ventilated before and nippy. At best without any heating. Better to find the warmth under your blanket. The perfect pillow is an individual decision. Important is that your neck and head got the right position otherwise you got tensions and you feel sleep-deprived.
Although you need a complete dark room without any light howsoever small. Because it´s  important for your melatonin production. Melatonin is a hormone which regulated your sleep.

At the end in that post my lovely dreamer you should have a glass of water (within reach). Human being loses a half liter liquid per sleep.

Then have beautiful dreams...maybe of a heavenly place like that...

SLEEP - I think this could become a big topic and will go into series. There are so many aspects about this simple thing sleep like dream, condition and preparation.


How curios human being is falling in sleep every day
We need this rest and relaxation average from six to nine hours per day. What happen in this state of unconsciousness. The literature and fiction is full of speculative stories. At organic level we need the stages of sleep for recovering several part of our body. There is a definition of time of day and one specific organ. For example at roundabout 2h am its time for regeneration of hepatic and so on. Universal valid: you have to go to bed before midnight and sleep ideally 8 hours. Then your organs get the best chance for revival.

Short explanation of phenomenon "cellulite" and the cause and consequence by a acid-base-balance.




Weakness of the connective tissue comes into being by an excess of acid in your body. It effects premature aging and atrophy of connective tissue. After a long time (it needs a time of development, you never get it quick!) connective tissue would be more and more weakened and lost its flexibility. The result: pockets of orange-peel skin
They say often this is genetically determined but that´s not quite right.
You can beware a healthy connective tissue by practice a base oriented conduct of life. Sure it needs a while for adaptation but it´s worth it. Because you feel better in many ways.

It is said that of all plants on this planet, Moringa is the one with the widest range of nutrients. You start to stand with both sides till you got the calm inside and stand still. Then start to count your breath and/or close your eyes and hold the balance.
Next step is to find this stability on one side and pull up your other leg, maybe food up. But play with the variations. Its fun and you feel better after.

Selftest and test result



Conduct the test 2 times: early in the morning - normal result = yellowish
                                         mid-afternoon           - normal result = strong bluish


                  If no normal color: Eat four time "base-food" like potatoes, fruits, vegetable, still water, spice-herb blend like parsley and raw milk as much "acid-food" like meat, products with a lot of sugar, alcohol and coffee and repeat the test after a week.

skin and water

To be beautiful is to have a beautiful skin, too. As much as fingernails, teeth and hair. But of gravitation, genetic and lifestyle your skin´s loosing flexibility over the years. That´s normal and nature. But there are also tricks to put off the evil hour. Most people don´t want to be an ascetic-freak who renounces of everything like alcohol, fast food, sun and smoking. It´s safe to say, they are all baneful in an excessive way, but to practise self-denial could be more stress than to do it. Apropos frustration and stress makes skin significant older, too. But that´s another topic one day.

How to keep the skin refresh

To keep the body and particularly the skin refresh it´s necessary to drink. Ideally still mineral-or  natural spring water, herb tee and that´s 2-3 liter per day.
But well spottet! Human being isn´t a camel. So drink these piles of water averaged. Best a glass per hour. As a tip: Drinking a half liter warm water after awake is good for metabolic, because you lost a half liter water during sleep.

breath as a vehicle

Before I start to continue the topic water, here´s something by the way. Not so far from water, because the air we are breathing every moment, has same component oxygen (roundabout 21%)

What should we talk about something, what we´re doing continuous since that time we were born. But often, the simple thing in life is the most difficult one.

What should we know about breathing as a dynamic principle. Its regulated by the autonomic nervous system and we don´t have to think about it. Some people say exhalation is the part of breathing which takes any "dramatic" away and refresh your body with oxygen. So concentrate to breath out in situation which stress you up. That´s a good practice in everyday life and it makes aware that we are all have to breath. That can help. To easy but do it.

water was my first love and water is my life

first of all I wanna start this blog bospirit short for body&spirit 
 with a homage to one thing on this planet 
 which is 
the main factor to identify the earth and distinguishes it from the others 
as the blue planet
...but it is mostly underestimated in his worth.
 That´s an odd thing, because 
our body mostly consists of water (50-70%)

be water my friend 
this statement by Mr. Bruce Lee refers to become aware of the condition of our body and means although to move like water ....soft, floating, smooth, wavy and sometimes very hard, too. 


On this base, i try to show in next time what water can do and how we can live with it as the first big topic. 

I would be happy if everyone who reads this following compilation of personal experiences about beauty and health share his opinion and make possible that we have an interactive collection
