have fun to keep the balance

here a lil´ special by the way: To check your intensity and your flow inside you can use this funny thing.
You start to stand with both sides till you got the calm inside and stand still. Then start to count your breath and/or close your eyes and hold the balance.
Next step is to find this stability on one side and pull up your other leg, maybe food up. But play with the variations. Its fun and you feel better after.
