Before I start to continue the topic water, here´s something by the way. Not so far from water, because the air we are breathing every moment, has same component oxygen (roundabout 21%)
What should we talk about something, what we´re doing continuous since that time we were born. But often, the simple thing in life is the most difficult one.
What should we know about breathing as a dynamic principle. Its regulated by the autonomic nervous system and we don´t have to think about it. Some people say exhalation is the part of breathing which takes any "dramatic" away and refresh your body with oxygen. So concentrate to breath out in situation which stress you up. That´s a good practice in everyday life and it makes aware that we are all have to breath. That can help. To easy but do it.
