To be beautiful is to have a beautiful skin, too. As much as fingernails, teeth and hair. But of gravitation, genetic and lifestyle your skin´s loosing flexibility over the years. That´s normal and nature. But there are also tricks to put off the evil hour. Most people don´t want to be an ascetic-freak who renounces of everything like alcohol, fast food, sun and smoking. It´s safe to say, they are all baneful in an excessive way, but to practise self-denial could be more stress than to do it. Apropos frustration and stress makes skin significant older, too. But that´s another topic one day.
How to keep the skin refresh
To keep the body and particularly the skin refresh it´s necessary to drink. Ideally still mineral-or natural spring water, herb tee and that´s 2-3 liter per day.
But well spottet! Human being isn´t a camel. So drink these piles of water averaged. Best a glass per hour. As a tip: Drinking a half liter warm water after awake is good for metabolic, because you lost a half liter water during sleep.
